Organization Overview
Swarm Basketball is the largest youth basketball program in the country, managing regional programs throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and South. The organization currently has 300 teams per season and is quickly expanding throughout the country. Swarm has partnerships with my industry leaders including Zero Gravity (the country’s largest sports tournament operators), LeagueApps, and 3Step Sports.
Currently Interviewing for Summer 2021:
We are currently looking for interns for Summer 2021. Interns will gain experience in operations, sport marketing (including social media/ digital advertising) and learn the most cutting-edge youth/collegiate sports management software. The internship is unpaid and is for students looking for college credit. Interns will have the opportunity to make money through working special events (tryouts, camps, clinics, and/or tournaments). The Swarm Basketball office is located in Oxford, Ma.

COVID-19 considerations: All interns will work out of our Oxford office, however, interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
